A leading company in e-commerce is seeking a dedicated Order Fulfilment Specialist to manage picking, packing, and inventory tasks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum GCE 'N' Level/NITEC and possess good command of English, alongside basic computer skills. You will work in a supportive environment that encourages independence and adaptation to new challenges.
Responsibilities:
1. Order Fulfilment Process:
· Picking and Packing orders on a daily basis.
· Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and other necessary documentation for orders.
· Monitor order statuses and address any issues that may arise during the fulfilment process.
2. Packing and Handling:
· Securely pack items to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate packaging materials like bubble wrap, paper, or boxes suited to each product type. Label packages accurately.
3. Prepare Packing:
· Prepare in advance packaging materials like boxes or enevlops for orders on a daily basis.
4. Stock Inventory Management:
· Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movement.
· Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure alignment between stock records and physical quantities.
· Monitor stock replenishment needs and coordinate with the manager to restock products in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you should have an understanding of basic e-commerce platforms. You should also show interest in learning and adapting to new challenges.
You will be working in an air-conditioned environment at Tai Seng and you will play a part in handling the key operations (packing, inventory management, etc) of our e-commerce stores on various platforms.
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level/NITEC
· Understanding Singapore online e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee and Amazon) will be an advantage but not a must.
· Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
· Computer literacy (MS Office/Excel in particular)
· Able to work independently and flexibility
· Can start immediately
