Responsibilities :

Warehouse Assistant / Logistics Assistant

• Receive, unpack, label, and store incoming shipments; accurately pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders.
• Support routine stock checks and inventory counts to ensure precise inventory tracking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in line with safety regulations.
• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary.

Warehouse Admin/ Logistics Coordinator

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely updates for all stock movements.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory; generate regular operational reports.
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software to track orders, stock status, and logistics processes.

Requirements :

• Entry Level welcome to apply. Training will be provided
• Candidate with forklift license will have added advantages
• Candidate with Class 3 license will also have added advantages but not compulsory
