About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant / Executive to join our dynamic team at Home's Favourite Pte Ltd. Located in the Taman Jurong West Region, this full-time role will involve supporting our efficient warehousing and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, unpacking, sorting and storing incoming stock and inventory

• Picking, packing and shipping orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse

• Assisting with inventory management and cycle counting

• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

• Completing administrative tasks as required to support the overall warehouse operations

• Performing any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Forklift operation experience is an advantage
