Warehouse Assistant (DSS-2025-04-02)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load, unload, transport and stack cargoes in/out of warehouse/designated storage area, or on/off vehicles by operating forklift truck or any other warehouse materials handling equipment.
• Follow and comply with all safety procedures and guidelines in the warehouse and storage areas when operating forklift trucks or any other warehouse equipment.
• Utilize the WMS (or equivalent) to perform daily warehouse duties, which include handling inbound and outbound operations, inventory management, material handling, and housekeeping responsibilities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor and ensure the integrity of data within the WMS, ensuring accurate inventory levels and locations at all times, and log daily activities into the system.
• Execute system-directed tasks such as cycle counting and inventory adjustments to optimize inventory accuracy and availability.
• Extract relevant inventory data using WMS to address customer queries (e.g., inventory level) and support subsequent analysis by management (e.g., inventory cycle count).
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as barcode scanners and mobile devices used in conjunction with the WMS.
• Serve as the primary user and administrator of the WMS for updating inventory, goods location, and job statuses.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

• Min GCE “N” or “O” level.
• Valid Forklift License.
• Ability to work harmoniously with others in the team.

Working Conditions

5.5 Working days per week.
