Job summary

VDL Enabling Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse associate to issue cleanroom compliant parts with accuracy and efficiency. You will de-trash, de-contaminate, and prep items for transit, ensuring proper packing and labeling according to warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities include cleaning parts, removing non-cleanroom packing, and scanning barcodes to track inventory and project descriptions.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels.

Responsibilities

• De-trash/de-contaminate to ensure inventory accuracy and quality as per warehouse procedures.
• Clean parts with vacuum cleaner or wipe with IPA solution where necessary for non-Cleanroom packed items.
• Remove carton boxes and non-cleanroom packing at Transit Area; repack reports/instructions with parts in blue bins or pallets if needed.
• Process decontaminated parts.
• Scan Assembly address barcode per Product Type on Picking List; for X-Dock List scan per Project Description.
• Maintain safety and security of the Warehouse (e.g., doors locked during shifts, safety shoes worn).
• Support and participate in the company continuous improvement program.
• Maintain general warehouse safety and orderly operations.

Job description

To issue Cleanroom compliant parts to Assembly Operations in the right Quantity, right Quality & right Location

1. De-trash/de-contaminate to ensure inventory accuracy and quality in accordance with VDL Warehouse Procedures.
2. Clean parts with vacuum cleaner or wipe with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) solution when & where necessary (for parts that are not Cleanroom packed), and check for visible damage.
3. Remove carton boxes and other non-cleanroom compliant packing materials at Transit Area. (Ensure that items such as Reports, Instruction Manuals, etc. are repacked if necessary and consolidated together with the parts in blue bins or pallets.)
4. Process decontaminated parts.
5. Scan the Assembly address barcode based on the Product Type indicated on the Picking List. (For X-Dock List, scan the Assembly address based on the Project Description indicated on list).
6. Maintain safety and security of the Warehouse.
7. Maintain the safety of the Warehouse eg. by ensuring all doors are locked during shift and prior to leaving; wearing of safety shoes at all times.
8. Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
