Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage day-to-day operations including loading, unloading, and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should have relevant experience in warehousing or logistics and basic computer skills. The role involves operating equipment like forklift and being on standby as a driver for deliveries. This is an on-site position with standard working hours of 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations in the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading of goods.
• Conduct inventory count and verify stock discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Standby as driver for extra delivery if current driver is unavailable.

Job description

Working hours: 8.30 to 6.00pm

Working days: Monday to Friday.

Description

• Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse

• Loading and unloading of goods

• Packing and wrapping products.

• To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.

• Arrange DHL / Fedex collections

• Ensure proper control and maintenance of material handling equipment such as reach truck.

• Operating of warehouse equipment such as forklift, reach truck and stacker and ensure the equipment is well maintain at all times.

• To maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Standby as driver in case of extra delivery or urgent collection or if current driver is not available. (Manual license only)

• Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior.

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in warehousing/ logistics environment

• Basic computer literacy skill

• Non-air-con environment

• Singaporeans/Permanent Residents only (No quota)

• Experience in warehouse and driving for at least 1 years

• Must be able to maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and standby as driver in case of extra delivery
