Job description

Haven Lifestyle is a regional bed and bath company based in Singapore and we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant cum E-Commerce Packer to join our Singapore team.

Responsibilities

• Your responsibility will be that of a Warehouse Assistant cum E-Commerce picker and packer
• You will assist the warehouse supervisor in moving and packing stock, and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
• You will assist the e-commerce team in the accurate picking and packing of products from the warehouse, and getting them ready for collection by 3rd party logistics providers.
• You should be able to use the computer to handle fulfilment of orders on online marketplace platforms like Lazada and Shopee - i.e. be able to print pick lists, packing labels and complete the fulfilment process online.
• Assist in the offloading of containers when merchandise arrive (We pay a container offloading allowance for each container offloaded)
• Assist in stock ins and stock-takes.

Remuneration:

Our remuneration includes a basic component, allowance, as well as a share of commission + bonus. We also have additional allowances such as container offloading allowances for each container that arrives.

Work days:

5 work days per week, with scheduled periodic Saturdays or Sundays due to Ecommerce fulfillment requirements. OT will be paid for over time work.
