Job summary

A leading ICT Solutions and Services Provider is seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant to manage delivery orders, inventory tracking, and daily operations. Candidates should have GCE 'N' levels or ITE qualifications, with a positive attitude and basic computer skills. This role offers a monthly salary ranging from S$1,800 to S$2,500, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' levels / ITE required.
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Possess driving license (class 3) is an added advantage.

• Check, print and sort Delivery Orders.
• Prepare and pick goods for deliveries.
• Assist in daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Check, print and sort Delivery Orders
• Prepare and pick goods for deliveries according to Delivery Orders
• Loading and unloading of inventories
• Data entry to keep track of inventory movement
• Assist in stock-take
• Handle attendance records and timesheets for warehouse staff
• Assist in daily warehouse operations

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "N" levels / ITE
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to operate computer and use basic functions of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Able to speak and read English
• Possess driving license (class 3) is an added advantage
• Working location in the East (Chai Chee)
