Warehouse Assistant cum Delivery Driver

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper receipt, counting, sorting, packing, storage and labelling of goods.

• Verify all incoming shipments against invoices/packing lists and ensure all goods are received in good condition.

• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks.

• Report stock discrepancies or damaged goods to management promptly.

• Load and unload of goods for shipment and deliveries.

• Handle heavy product with the ability to lift up to 25kg.

• Ensure goods are properly prepared and packed for delivery.

• Deliver and collect goods to and from hotels and other designated locations as required.

• Conduct routine checks on delivery vehicle to ensure good working conditions.

• Maintain cleanliness, order and organisation of the stores.

• Dispose of pallets and empty cartons according to the company’s disposal procedures.

• Support other warehouse logistics-related activities as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N-Level certification.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Able to read and reply email in English.

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Word).
