Job Description

1. Vacuuming & mopping floors of the entire office area, meeting rooms and common space.
2. Clean windows, mirrors, cabinets and glass
3. Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of entire offices
4. Wipe down pantries area on a daily basis
5. Restock toiletries such as hand soaps and toilet rolls.
6. Wash and clean toilets
7. Disposal of rubbish & replace clean trash bags after clearing the bin
8. Watering of plants
9. Picking and packing of orders
10. To label and ensure the labels are correctly affixed
11. Sorting out incoming shipment
12. Stock and cycle count
13. General housekeeping of warehouse
14. To ensure that workplace health, hygiene and safety requirements are met
15. High level of attention to details and strong focus on accuracy in work
16. To report immediately to your immediate superior on any problem encountered in the day-to-day operations
17. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
