Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations at Mac Pherson, Singapore. The role involves receiving goods, storing items, and preparing shipments with proper labelling and documentation. You will participate in stock audits and use warehouse equipment safely.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of warehouse experience, an ITE certification, and a valid forklift license, with the ability to lift up to 20kg. Proficiency in Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE certification.
• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Valid Singapore forklift license is required.
• Able to carry goods up to 20kg when necessary.
• Good skill in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming goods, ensuring items match purchase orders.
• Store materials and products systematically in assigned areas, keeping stock organized.
• Pick and pack product securely with correct labelling and required documentation.
• Take part in stocktakes and inventory audits, keeping records up to date.
• Reporting any inventory shortage or overages to supervisors.
• Handle warehouse equipment—such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or reach trucks for safe loading and unloading of goods.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, completing necessary documents and coordinating with logistics providers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, follow health and safety procedures.
