Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operator to ensure efficient operations and compliance with safety standards. Candidates must have at least a GCE ‘O’ Levels qualification and minimum 2 years of relevant experience. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. A forklift license and ability to work shifts are necessary.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal department on the IQA inspection & ensure materials are received correctly.
• Receive, unpack, and check incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
• Assist in other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels qualifications.
