Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related experience in warehouse operations.
• Possess Forklift licence is an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime, on holidays, and weekends as required.

Job description

Job purpose:

You will be responsible in performing all activities related to shipment and inventory in the warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect and receive incoming shipments

• Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing goods

• Picking and packing of goods for delivery, ensuring accuracy according to shipping documents.

• Manage and coordinate physical inventory and perform cycle counts as requested

• Process inbound and outbound inventory into ERP system

• Prepare related document before delivery e.g invoices, delivery orders etc

• Coordinate with local transporters to deliver goods to the customers.

• General housekeeping of warehouse

• Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum 1 year related experience

• Able to use warehouse equipments e.g. hand pallets etc

• Possess Forklift licence will be an advantage

• Knowledge in Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel and MS Word

• A team player, diligent and responsible

• Willing to work overtime, on holidays and weekends as and when necessary or as requested
