Job Description
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
- To prepare and generate daily yard schedule.
- Ensure accuracy of deliveries.
- Maintain items record and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
- To update stock in and stock out daily.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative work procedures and practices.
- Make suggestions for productivity improvements and assist in safety rules implementation.
- Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
- To be in-charged of forklift keys used by workers.
- To receive payment and invoices from clients.
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
- Answer all warehouse and operations related enquiries through email and phone calls.
- Assist warehouse billing if necessary.
- Assist all other warehouse related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office and Excel proficiency.
- Graduate or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
- Knowledge of ERP is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
