Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operator to handle inventory operations and ensure safety and cleanliness in the warehouse. Responsibilities include picking and packing items for delivery, organizing inventory, and assisting in daily operations. Experience with forklifts and inventory management is preferred. Qualifications

• Forklift license or experience operating forklifts (Reach Truck/Stand fork) is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand part numbers, packing lists, and delivery orders.
• MUIS halal competency assessment (HCA) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform overall hands‑on operation in Finished Goods / Service warehouse and generating inventory count.
• Accurately pick, pack, sort and prepare items/products for delivery/collection.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory in the warehouse.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with internal SOPs.
• Support the warehouse supervisor in daily operations and process improvements.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock-taking activities.
• Organizing and monitoring inventory, repacking as and when required.
• Loading and unloading packages as per requirement and conduct inbound checking.
