Une entreprise d'e-commerce dynamique à Singapour recherche un coordinateur des opérations pour participer à la gestion des commandes, au service client et à l'inventaire. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une bonne maîtrise des plateformes e-commerce, être autonome et capable de travailler dans un environnement dynamique. Responsibilities:
1. Order Fulfilment Process:
· Assist in processing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
· Picking and Packing orders on a daily basis.
· Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and other necessary documentation for orders.
· Monitor order statuses and address any issues that may arise during the fulfilment process.
2. Customer Contact and After sale Support:
· Proactively reach out to customers to address any after sale inquiries or concerns they may have.
· Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
· Resolve customer issues and cases effectively, aiming to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
3. Stock Inventory Management:
· Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movement.
· Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure alignment between stock records and physical quantities.
· Monitor stock replenishment needs and coordinate with the manager to restock products in a timely manner.
· Organize and optimize the storage of products in the inventory area.
· Receiving shipment and stock count to be keyed in to the inventory.
· Keep up to date on products expiry dates and update them to online marketplaces.
· Stocktake quarterly.
To succeed in this role, you should have an understanding of basic e-commerce platforms. You should also show interest in learning and adapting to new challenges.
You will be working in an air-conditioned environment at Tai Seng and you will play a part in handling the key operations (packing, inventory management, etc) of our e-commerce stores on various platforms.
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level/NITEC
· Understanding Singapore online e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee and Amazon) will be an advantage.
· Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
· Proven work experience in areas of IT platforms or ability to learn
· Computer literacy (MS Office/Excel in particular)
· Able to work independently and flexibility
· Can start immediately
