Our client is a fast-growing and energetic company based in Singapore, dedicated to expanding their e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Complete e-commerce orders on time, adhering to established deadlines.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory packing for academy needs, ensuring fragile craft materials are securely packaged.
- Order Validation: Cross-check and verify orders across online and offline platforms to ensure accuracy.
- Quality Control: Receive supplier deliveries, inspect products for quality, and organize them appropriately for storage and display.
- Inventory Management: Perform weekly inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Customer Assistance: Support walk-in customers, handle pick-up orders, and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Customer Service: Respond to online inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Technical Skills: Utilize basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, for day-to-day tasks.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the Retail Warehouse Store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the manager or director.
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'N' Levels.
- 1 year of relevant warehouse experience.
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Prior experience in inventory management or a related field is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Permanent position requiring a minimum commitment of 6 months.
Salary: $2,500 - $3,300.
Working location: Marymount.
Sundays off.
