Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management
- Ensure smooth warehouse operations and promptly address any issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize warehouse space usage.
Batch & Inventory Management
- Ensure timely completion of daily inbound/outbound batch operations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Department Coordination
- Collaborate with Production and Procurement teams to meet production targets, deadlines, and priorities.
- Serve as a communication link between warehouse staff, management, and customers.
Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assess and implement suggestions from staff where appropriate.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor operational efficiency, throughput, work hours, and quality metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities, staff productivity, and potential bottlenecks.
Environment & Safety
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment (6S / safety standards).
- Ensure staff follow safe work procedures during material handling.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment, preferably as a production planner or warehouse team lead.
- Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Proficient with Windows systems and ERP/MRP software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective cross-functional communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse principles and practices is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to production changes.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
- Physically capable to handle material movement and batch organization.
