Your Focus

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will carry out warehouse workstation processes according to the company’s safety. Verify incoming/outgoing goods according to Delivery Order or Pick List, refill raw materials storage tanks, participate in the continuous improvement program, and maintain good housekeeping and hygiene.

How You Will Contribute

Day-to-Day WH operations: 95%

• Carry out warehouse workstation processes in accordance with the company safety and quality requirements.
• Manage process controls related to Inbound/Outbound flows.
• Verify incoming/outgoing goods according to Delivery Order/Pick List and refill raw materials storage tanks to put away/loading of cargos.
• Facilitate tasks related to refilling, checking, sampling, picking, and labeling steps of the warehouse operating dynamics, in relation to support Raw Material/ Finished Goods/Cargos movements.
• Perform relevant system works in SAP.
• Follow instructions and demonstrate safety behaviors while facilitating the daily tasks assigned.
• Maintain good housekeeping and hygiene.
• Maintain teamwork and cooperation with peers and supervisors.

Others: 5%

• Participate in the continuous improvement program to explore the possibilities in own working area and others.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Team leader/Superior.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• A professional education in any field or minimum SPM certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in warehouse operations.
• Able to adapt in an odorous environment.
• Candidate is required to handle heavy loads.
• Interpretation of chemical hazards labels.
• Adequate English written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player and good communicator.
• Entry-Level Knowledge in WMS, Microsoft Office, GMP, and HACCP.
