Job summary

ELUXGO HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse assistant to handle daily e-commerce order fulfilment and stock management. You will assist in warehouse operations and goods preparation for daily e-commerce and B2B orders, ensuring accurate product listings and timely fulfilment.

Location: Singapore, on-site at 2 Sims Close.

Working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. Training will be provided and you will help maintain stock accuracy and avoid overselling.

• Familiar with warehouse operations and goods preparation.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily orders accurately from various e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in picking and preparing goods from the warehouse for daily e-commerce orders.
• Manage product listings to prevent overselling and maintain stock accuracy.
• Anticipate stock resupply needs ahead of campaigns to avoid sales disruption.
• Prepare goods for B2B deliveries to meet order requirements.
• Monitor and manage stock levels in the warehouse to avoid overselling and reduce out-of-stock situations.
