About Us:

SANY is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction and heavy equipment, including excavators, cranes, and concrete machinery. As part of our continued growth in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our Singapore office located in Tuas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts for construction equipment (e.g., excavators, cranes).
  2. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare parts for delivery or collection according to work orders.
  3. Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory in the warehouse.
  4. Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels using the warehouse management system (WMS).
  5. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock-taking activities.
  6. Coordinate with service and logistics teams to fulfill internal and customer orders on time.
  7. Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with internal SOPs.
  8. Support the warehouse supervisor in daily operations and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably with heavy machinery or industrial spare parts.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse practices.
  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy items when necessary.
  • Forklift license or experience operating forklifts is an advantage.
  • Able to read and understand part numbers, packing lists, and delivery orders.
  • Responsible, team-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
