Job summary

EVER GLORY LOGISTICS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, loading and unloading goods, picking, packing, and preparing shipments. The role requires safe forklift operation and accuracy in inventory management.

You will collaborate with a team to maintain stock locations, report discrepancies, and ensure good warehouse housekeeping and safety practices. Prior warehousing experience and familiarity with inventory software are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of warehousing or related experience.
• Well organized, motivated and a team player.
• Familiarity with inventory software and databases.
• Able to operate forklift and reach truck with valid forklift license.
• Computer literacy and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from trucks and deliver to locations.
• Receive, pick, sort and prepare items for delivery.
• Pick and pack while maintaining stock locations.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
• Inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
• Operate forklift to move and store inventory.
• Keep workspace free of debris and clear safety hazards.
• Work as a team to achieve goals.
• Ensure inventory is processed, organized and stored properly.
• Warehouse housekeeping.
• Perform other ad-hoc warehousing duties when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading of goods from trucks and deliver to proper location
• Receiving, picking, sorting & prepare for delivery
• Picking and Packing while maintaining stocks location are in order
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
• Inbound and outbound
• Operate heavy machinery like forklift to move and store inventory
• Ensure workspace is free from debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
• Work as a team to complete team goals
• Ensuring inventory is processed, organized & stored in proper location
• Warehouse housekeeping
• Other Ad-hoc warehousing duties when required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
