Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Processing Stock: Unload deliveries, inspect goods, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, update inventory systems, and conduct regular stock counts.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery or pickup with attention to accuracy and speed.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized workspace.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (if certified).
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not always required).

Work Environment

• Fast‑paced and physically demanding.
• Often involves shift work, including weekends or evenings.

Additional Information

• 5‑day work week. 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
• Additional allowance/time off will be provided for employees who are able to work half day on Saturday or Sunday morning.
• Able to commence work immediately is an advantage.
