Job description

Duties:

• Direction, coordination and evaluation of products and supplies between packing and transportation operations
• Supervision of employees who receive, pull orders, rotate stock and inventory in a safe and efficient manner
• Planning, assigning and directing daily work
• Ensuring the accuracy of all product inventories
• Accountable for maintaining and promoting a zero accident safety culture
• Collaborating with various internal departments including accounting, human resources, logistics, grower relations, safety and production

Requirements:

• Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Must have the strength to do manual work.
• Strong computer skills will be required in MS Office as well as industry specific software and systems
• If necessary need to work night shift and on Public Holiday.
