Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Inspect goods received and ensure the accurate item and quantity.

2. Label, organize and store items in designated locations.

3. Maintains an accurate record of goods and proper filing.

4. Keep track of inventory levels and promptly report any discrepancies or shortages.

5. Prepare and verify all necessary documentation for payment processing.

6. Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery or dispatch.

7. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the warehouse while adhering to health and safety standards.

8. Other duties as assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent.

• Proficient in basic computer use; knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

• Must be able to handle manual lifting tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working hour

08:30 to 17:30Monday to Thursday

08:30 to 17:00 Friday

Transport is provided to and fro Joo Koon MRT station.
