Work location : Singapore, Tai Seng

Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Essential Functions

• Perform daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks

• Accurately pick and pack released orders

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory

• Update and maintain inventory transaction records

• Record all inbound and outbound stock on a daily basis

• Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and maintained

• Conduct regular inventory counts

• Use computer applications for inventory and operations

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

• Minimum secondary school graduate or equivalent

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred)

• Basic computer literacy

• Forklift license and experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is a must
