Job description

Order Processing & Coordination

• Receive and process customer orders

• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods

• Coordinate with warehouses and transport teams

Shipment Tracking & Documentation

• Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams or customers

• Prepare shipping documents (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations)

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems

• Assist in stock audits and reconciliations

Vendor & Carrier Communication

• Liaise with transport companies, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)

• Resolve delivery issues or delays

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate records and filing systems

• Generate reports on delivery performance, costs, and inventory Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to company policies, customs regulations, and safety standards
