A logistics and order processing firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role involving the handling of customer orders, shipment tracking, and inventory management. The successful applicant will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office or Google Drive, and the ability to multitask. This position is critical to ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
Order Processing & Coordination
• Receive and process customer orders
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods
• Coordinate with warehouses and transport teams
Shipment Tracking & Documentation
• Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams or customers
• Prepare shipping documents (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations)
Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems
• Assist in stock audits and reconciliations
Vendor & Carrier Communication
• Liaise with transport companies, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
• Resolve delivery issues or delays
Administrative Duties
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Generate reports on delivery performance, costs, and inventory Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure adherence to company policies, customs regulations, and safety standards
