About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Logistic Assistant to join our dynamic team based in the Gambas Crescent Region. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and organised operation of our warehouse facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of internal and external orders.
Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming goods and materials.
Fulfilling orders by locating, picking, packing, and dispatching goods in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials between warehouse and production.
Conduct cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits.
Support for all outbound land, sea and air shipments. Ensure shipments are packed and stuff on time for delivery.
Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness following the 5S policy.
Any other duties assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management is an advantage.
Minimum O-Level qualification and above are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)for inventory tracking and updating.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Self-motivated, positive mindset and good team player.
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task completion
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
