Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a full-time Delivery Assistant to support warehouse operations and customer deliveries. This role involves order picking, inventory management, and ensuring efficient stock handling while maintaining safety standards. The candidate should possess a minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ level and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Conveniently located near Commonwealth MRT, with working hours from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, this position offers an excellent opportunity for growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack daily orders for delivery and shipment.

• Embark merchandise onto delivery truck or van.

• Delivery and Driver’s Assistant – Door to door delivery to customers. (Sometimes will need to carry cartons to 2nd floor if without lift or elevator).

• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials; organizing and retrieving stocks in warehouse and others.

• Operate adequate merchandise management tools (for example, Semi Electric Pallet Jack, Manual Pallet Jack).

• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items and report to the Management.

• Accommodate and carefully handle stocks with care.

• Inventory checking.

• Packing Samples.

• Ensuring and in charge of warehouse cleanliness (Entire warehouse area, toilet, balcony, etc).

• Ad hoc duties (Will be informed by Management when needed).
  

Requirements

1. Min GCE ‘N’/’O’ level, or its equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of hands-on working experience in warehouse and delivery.
3. With analytical thinking, proactive, keen to learn and able to work independently.
4. Basic computer knowledge.

Remarks

1. 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
2. 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (Working hours) Occasional OT if necessary.

3. Full Time or Permanent.

4. Near Commonwealth MRT and Bus Stop (Convenient Location).
