A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for a position focused on KPI reporting, customer liaison, and order monitoring. This role requires strong organizational skills, as you will manage logistical processes and ensure timely fulfillment of customer needs. Ideal candidates should have GCE O-Level and 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or related field.
Job Description:
1. KPI / Inbound / Outbound / Discrepancy reports.
2. Transporation arrangement, Liaising with Customer & Transporters.
3. Data Entry on Inbound & Outbound
4. Monitoring of order fulfiment status. Co - ordinating with warehouse operations team.
5. Prepare monthly billing for customer to accounts department
6. perform put-away, picking and packing when required
7. Other ad hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
1. GCE O-Level
2. 1-2 Years of experience
