A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Administrator to manage data entry for inventory systems and conduct regular audits. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and proficiency in inventory management software. Tasks include maintaining records, preparing documentation, and workspace organization.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management systems.
Conduct regular inventory counts/audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
Support in processing incoming and outgoing shipments.
Prepare and maintain receiving and outgoing documentation.
Respond to inquiries related to inventory/receiving/outgoing status.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Prerequisites:
Minimum 3 year experience in warehouse administration or inventory management role.
GCE ‘O’ level or its equivalent.
Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Work from Mon to Fri
