Warehouse Admin Assistant @ West / 5 Day Work Week / Basic Up to $2200

Location: Jurong East

Working hours: Mon -Fri 9am-6:30pm
Salary: Basic up to $2200 Depending on Experience

Job scope:

· Provide customer service support via phone and email

· Create air freight booking

· Coordinate between forwarders and customers and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery

· Handle customer enquiries

· Prepare invoices, packing list, and DO

· Maintain proper filing system

· Other duties assigned by supervisor
