Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions and process all delivery orders & invoices from suppliers for payment.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties on receiving, delivery, and collection of materials/machinery.
  • Ensure efficient and orderly coordination of receiving/delivery of materials, booking of lorry, crane & trailer schedules.
  • Assist in issuing documents for incoming and outgoing materials/machinery.
  • Update inventory of materials, machinery, and lorry crane schedules accurately and timely into ERP and Excel systems.
  • Coordinate arrangements for meeting rooms, mails, courier services, etc., efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and reports.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, PEs, and authorities on maintenance, renewal of licenses, and certificates for plant & machinery.
  • Assist with manpower issues such as issuance/approval of forms, and inform HR & other departments for transfers, recruitment, canceling WP, and arranging PPE for employees.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
