Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Reply to customers’ queries
- Contact customers as needed regarding stock and delivery arrangements
- Inventory Application
- Familiarity with the inventory application for daily order processing
- Handling incoming goods receiving notes
- Managing delivery notes
- Preparing picklists
- Handling stock queries
- Delivery Jobs Assignment
- Familiarity with the Fleet Management Application to assign orders to drivers
- Monitor delivery status
- Contact drivers who are delayed in deliveries
- Consolidate Documents
- Consolidate documents for submission back to the office for billing, including delivery notes, invoices, and customer-specific documents to be signed during delivery
- Update Billing Information
- Update each customer’s account for work completed during the month to facilitate billing
- Communicate with the office regarding any changes or ad hoc billing projects
