Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service
    • Reply to customers’ queries
    • Contact customers as needed regarding stock and delivery arrangements
  2. Inventory Application
    • Familiarity with the inventory application for daily order processing
    • Handling incoming goods receiving notes
    • Managing delivery notes
    • Preparing picklists
    • Handling stock queries
  3. Delivery Jobs Assignment
    • Familiarity with the Fleet Management Application to assign orders to drivers
    • Monitor delivery status
    • Contact drivers who are delayed in deliveries
  4. Consolidate Documents
    • Consolidate documents for submission back to the office for billing, including delivery notes, invoices, and customer-specific documents to be signed during delivery
  5. Update Billing Information
    • Update each customer’s account for work completed during the month to facilitate billing
    • Communicate with the office regarding any changes or ad hoc billing projects
