Job Description - Warehouse

• Plan and manage warehouse operations by following the right SOP and best practices to ensure compliance with Company’s policies.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse space by keeping the warehouse organized and neat.
• Coordinate & work with procurement & logistics officer on goods receipt to ensure goods received are matched with POs. Prepare & post the GRN entries in the ERP System, Synergix.
• Ensure inventory & fixed assets are stored in orderly manner and being labelled accordingly.
• Coordinate & work closely with technical team on inventory withdrawal and prepare the necessary Stock Requisition (SR) entries in Synergix.
• Work closely with Procurement to check stock availability before Procurement place order to avoid over-stock.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular stock checks,
• Take charge of the Annual Stock Takes with the Auditors, and work with Procurement & Finance Teams to resolve stock discrepancies, if any.
• Ensure accurate fixed asset control and closely monitor fixed asset location.
• Enforcement of general housekeeping and safety rules.
• Improve on work processes & implement initiatives to better manage the warehouse operations
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.
