Job summary

Swagatham Global Connect in Singapore is seeking a skilled CNC Milling Operator for precision engineering components. You will set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines, read engineering drawings, select tools, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

The role emphasizes safety, daily quality checks with calipers and micrometers, and adherence to production schedules. Freshers not accepted; 4–5 years of hands-on experience in precision manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years hands-on CNC milling operator experience in precision engineering.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and operate CNC Milling Machines independently.
• Good communication skills in English are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC Milling Machines for precision engineering and manufacturing components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Perform machine setup, tooling selection, and offset adjustments before production.
• Manufacture precision components according to required dimensions and quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Follow production schedules while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with company safety procedures.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD 1,850 per month
• Housing Allowance: SGD 150 per month
• Estimated Gross Salary: SGD 2,300–2,800 per month
• Overtime Rate: 1.5 as per Singapore Labour Policy
• Sunday & Public Holiday Overtime: 2 Pay

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays

• Good communication skills in English are required.
• Freshers are not accepted.
