Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waitress/Waiter in Singapore. This role is open to Malaysians, Permanent Residents (PR), Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders, and Singapore Citizens.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary preferences are communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and beverages promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer customer inquiries.
• Process payments accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and mobile transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist with setting up and closing duties as needed.
