Our client is looking to groom individuals that are serious & passionate in the F&B industry for management responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide on-site services, such as managing food orders, handling reservations, cashiering, and related tasks.
Participate in non-supervisory training to develop required skills and fulfill related functions.
Complete training for supervisory roles to oversee both operational and managerial responsibilities.
Gain the skills and knowledge to work independently and progress to the Assistant Manager position within the set timeframe.
Perform all duties in line with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values, prioritizing the Company’s best interests.
Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage sector.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Must demonstrate a positive attitude toward work.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing enthusiasm, positivity, and initiative.
