A prestigious hotel in Singapore is looking for a part-time Waiter/Waitress to deliver attentive and friendly service to guests. You will ensure smooth restaurant operations through proper setup and cleanliness while creating memorable dining experiences. Ideal for those with a service-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Flexible part-time hours available with a requirement of approximately 22 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Secondary or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Prior F&B service experience in hotels or restaurants will be an advantage.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.

Job Summary:

To deliver attentive and friendly service that enhances the guest’s dining experience. The role ensures smooth restaurant operations through proper setup, consistent cleanliness, and warm, personalised service that reflects the hotel’s brand of colourful hospitality.

Areas of Focus:

Maintain a pleasant dining environment through proactive service, teamwork, and attention to detail. Support the restaurant team in achieving service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities / Duties:
  • Set up tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with hotel standards and SOPs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the restaurant at all times.
  • Ensure guests’ comfort by providing prompt water service and replenishing cutleries or tableware when needed.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver service with genuine warmth and professionalism.
  • Extend personalised touches and friendly interaction to make every dining experience memorable.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate special occasions and celebrations.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards in compliance with hotel policies.
  • Assist in clearing, resetting tables, and preparing for the next service efficiently.
Key Skills and Requirements:
