Job description

Wu Wang Guo is a young Singaporean hotpot brand. The hot pot is traditionally eaten during festive periods and symbolise the gathering of love ones. At Wu Wang Guo, we strive to make this get-together a daily unforgettable affair for our customers. It is a hospitable and fun venue for people to gather with their love ones.

As a Service Crew, you will

  • Be the face of Wu Wang Guo
  • Serve customers with utmost care and friendliness,
  • Learn about delighting our customers with good food and service
  • Ensuring that the environment is kept clean

We are looking for people who are

  • Team player

  • Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays (extra pay provided)
  • Experience of 1 - 2 years required for team lead, no prior experience required for entry level roles

Daily Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive and greet the customers politely and make recommendations to customers
  • Setting up tables, collecting dirty tableware, preparing tableware, cleaning in accordance to the SOP of the company.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers to ensure that they have an unforgettable dining experience.
  • Prepare and turnover table for next customer.
  • Follow up on any other tasks assigned by superiors actively and efficiently.
