Job Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
  • Perform pre and post-restaurant housekeeping chores.
  • Manage bar counter duties, including replenishing beverages, glassware, straws, coasters, garnishes, and preparing drink orders as per captain’s instructions.
  • Perform stewarding duties such as cleaning, sterilizing, and polishing cutlery, dishes, and glassware.
  • Transport foodstuffs and clean equipment, food lifts, and furniture during pre and post banquet activities.
  • Operate Point of Sale System for order taking and billing.
  • Greet guests, make suggestions, and answer questions about food, wines, and promotions.
  • Take orders, receive food and beverages from kitchen and bar, and serve to guests as per captain’s instructions.
  • Clear serving ware and cutlery after guests finish courses.
  • Ensure tables are set with all necessary items such as tent cards, flower vases, salt and pepper shakers.
  • Set up function rooms and prepare mise-en-place, including drawing, stocking, and laying table linens, folding napkins, and setting tables with appropriate ware.
  • Stock side stations with linens, glassware, tableware, condiments, and other necessary items.
  • Refill salt and pepper shakers and reset tables for new guests during meal service.
  • Guide new staff on service procedures, table settings, menu knowledge, and other duties.
Requirements
  • Secondary education or higher.
  • Basic English speaking and writing skills.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in F&B.
  • Customer service-oriented and a team player.
