Job Overview:

We are looking for passionate, service-driven individuals to join the team at Le Clos. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service in a refined yet relaxed setting focused on wine and gastronomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide attentive, professional table service
• Guide guests through the menu and wine list, offering recommendations
• Accurately take and serve orders; ensure timely coordination with the kitchen and bar
• Maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place of assigned section
• Ensure tables are properly set and cleared throughout service
• Support wine service and presentation under sommelier/manager guidance
• Handle billing and payment accurately using POS system
• Deliver a memorable guest experience that reflects the spirit of Le Clos
• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Prior F&B service experience preferred; fine dining or wine bar background is a plus
• Strong interest in wine and hospitality
• Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and well-groomed
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
