Location: Bistro in Katong Area
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: $1,800 to $2,300
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive.
- Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear and clean tables after guests leave.
- Prepare tables by setting up utensils, condiments, and other dining items.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints courteously.
- Process payments accurately using POS (iCHEF) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and workstations.
- Support team members and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably 1 year of relevant F&B experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality and strong customer service skills.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Physically fit – able to stand for long hours and carry trays.
- Singaporean/PR or valid work pass holder.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred).
