Job description

Location: Bistro in Katong Area
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Salary: $1,800 to $2,300

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive.
• Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear and clean tables after guests leave.
• Prepare tables by setting up utensils, condiments, and other dining items.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints courteously.
• Process payments accurately using POS (iCHEF) system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and workstations.
• Support team members and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 1 year of relevant F&B experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality and strong customer service skills.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Physically fit – able to stand for long hours and carry trays.
• Singaporean/PR or valid work pass holder.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred).
