  • Ensure tables are properly set and cleared throughout service.
  • Support wine service and presentation under sommelier/manager guidance.
  • Handle billing and payment accurately using POS system.
  • Deliver a memorable guest experience that reflects the spirit of Le Clos.
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
