Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and make recommendations when appropriate

• Serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately

• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and responding to requests promptly

• Clear and reset tables quickly to prepare for the next guests

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Process payments accurately using the POS system

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders

• Handle customer complaints or concerns gracefully and report to management as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred

• Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions
