Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Testing & Quality Assistant (Technical Operator) to support production equipment testing and quality control. The role offers exposure to wafer-level and die-level testing within a fab environment and opportunities to contribute to process improvement.

No prior experience is required, but a hands-on, team-oriented mindset and the ability to learn quickly are essential. Location choices include Yishun or Boon Lay with potential night shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and maintain mechanical, electronic, and automated production equipment.
• Execute wafer-level and die-level testing, visual inspection, die sorting, and dicing operations according to production schedule.
• Follow established protocols and work instructions to ensure quality control, equipment reliability, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot equipment issues, provide feedback, and support continuous process improvement.
• Accurately document test procedures, results, abnormalities, and equipment performance logs.
• Maintain workplace safety, adhere to cleanroom practices, and uphold 6S standards within the Fab environment.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly organized and maintained for smooth daily operations.
