Job summary

Lumilens is seeking a highly analytical wafer-level test engineer to own test processes, qualification, and data-driven improvements across production. You will work with internal engineering and external partners to ensure robust, scalable testing.

Responsibilities include developing test flows, controlling process specs, reducing cycle time, and leading DOE/SPC driven improvements to boost yield and manufacturing efficiency in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Optical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer-level testing, wafer sort, test process engineering, manufacturing operations, or related settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis software for yield modeling, SPC, and test time reduction.

Responsibilities

• Wafer-Level Test Process Ownership: Own and improve wafer-level test processes and setup of automated probers, alignment systems, and ATE for electrical and photonic testing.
• Production Operations: Manage day-to-day wafer-level test operations and monitor production performance and quality.
• Test Process Development & Qualification: Develop and qualify test flows, conditions, parameters, and procedures for new and existing products.
• Process Documentation: Create test process specifications, work instructions, and control plans.
