VISIONPOWER SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an engineer to ensure reliability and stability of semiconductor processes through advanced testing and collaboration with internal teams and clients.nYou will develop and execute reliability tests (TDDB, HCI, BTI, PID, EM, SM), analyse results, and propose process improvements; you will also support clients and assist manufacturing with risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in semiconductor process reliability engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and data-analytic capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop reliability assessment systems for semiconductor processes (TDDB, HCI, BTI, PID, EM, SM).
• Design and conduct reliability tests, analyse data, and suggest process improvements.
• Provide expert technical support to clients by diagnosing reliability issues.
• Assist manufacturing in risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
