About the role

Confidential search - We're looking for talented and experienced VVIP Tech Support Engineer to join our team in the Central Region (or depending where VVIP goes..). In this role, you will be responsible for providing highly customized technical support and services to our most special VVIP, ensuring their critical IT assets and infrastructure remain operational at all times. It blends technical skills with a high level of professional service and discretion.

What you'll be doing

  • Be the first line of support for our VVIPs

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to technical issues and requests, resolving problems with minimal downtime

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain complex IT solutions and services

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving support for a wide range of hardware and software

  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on all support activities and resolutions

  • Continuously research and recommend new technologies and best practices to enhance the IT capabilities of our VVIP clients

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8-15 years of experience in a senior-level tech end user support or IT support engineering role

  • Strong technical skills across a wide range of hardware, software, and networking technologies

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • A customer-centric approach and the ability to provide exceptional service to our VVIP clients

  • Calm under pressure, service-first mindset

  • Relevant certifications in IT support, network engineering, or system administration

  • Open to standbys after office hours/weekends/PH

  • Any travelling will be reimbursed through an in-house transport app
