Vulnerability Assessments Analyst - Red Team, AVP (C12)

The Role:

The Red Team DevOps Analyst - Red Team, AVP will design, manage, and support Red Team infrastructure that drives complex engagements. The candidate will support ongoing Red and Purple Team programs and actively focus on reducing technical overhead through design simplification, orchestration, and automation.

This role will expose the DevOps analyst to complex Red Team operations in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Support and build out Red Team lab infrastructure to meet exercise requirements.
• Ensure effective design, secure deployment, patching, and maintenance of systems.
• Manage keys, user access, logging, and auditing of infrastructure and tooling.
• Manage risk for mission-critical and sensitive systems.
• Develop automation scripts for deployment, configuration, and imaging.
• Drive compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards, and report control issues transparently.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years' experience or equivalent knowledge in related areas.
• Knowledge of virtualized systems deployment and orchestration.
• Understanding of secure network design, systems hardening, RBAC/AAA.
• Familiarity with security platforms (firewalls, VPNs, EDRs, SIEMs).
• Experience with logging, monitoring, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Chef/Puppet).
• Hands-on experience with C2 frameworks like Sliver and Mythic.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Security certifications are highly preferred.
